The Attack

Friday evening : in the park

 It was 7 pm and it was still raining heavily. Bright lights shone down on the road. The two land-cruiser suddenly stopped on the road beside the ocean. And after that the children look a supply ship want to go back to Costa Rica. The kid can see some animals on the supply ship. There are Velociraptors, there were very dangerous.

Regis started the land cruiser moving again. And then, suddenly, all the lights over the road went out. The land-cruiser slowed and then stopped. There was complete darkness. They had stopped on a hill near the tyrannosaurs enclosure. Perhaps they would see the rex again. Tim saw the huge head of the adult tyrannosaurs. The tyrannosaur’s body started to shake. He was terrified. They were in terrible danger. They saw the rex take another step forward. Now it was standing on the road between the two vehicles. Suddenly, the tyrannosaur’s head crashed down onto the roof of the first land-cruiser. The glass of the windows cracked and the land-cruiser moved backwards and forwards. The dinosaur roared and roared.

In the second land-cruiser, me and Malcolm heard the noise of the tyrannosaur’s attack but they couldn’t see anything. The rain ran down the windows of their vehicle. Then the lightning flashed again. If he didn’t move the dinosaur couldn’t see him! At last, the angry dinosaur lifted a hind leg and kicked the land-cruiser. Tim was in a tree 6m above the ground. A branch broke and the land-cruiser moved in the tree. Tim knew that he had to get out before the vehicle fell down from the tree. He opened the land-cruiser and climbed out. And Tim jumped and landed on the soft, wet ground and the vehicle beside him. Lex is hungry. I said we’ve got to get back to the Control Room. And we’ve got to tell them about the raptors on the ship. Me and the children had to go into the moat on the other side of the fence. The water was cold and dirty. I found a way up the step side of the moat and helped the children to climbed out.
